A good idea. But need to place some restrictions on it's usage.

- Only members can use it. (Allowing guest shouting is like inviting for spam)
- What else ? (I'm thinking of a limit of minimum 5 posts to shout in the shoutbox)

Shoutbox installed, configured and customized.

Now just need to set up the permissions (the 10 posts Limit).
